The Apple brand epitomized in sales and service
Steve Sikora of Design Guys was included in an elite planning team, assembled a year prior to the opening of the first Apple Store. The work that was accomplished served to envision the store experience and defined the Apple Steps of Service, a service model that is surprisingly unchanged to this day. The Apple Store experience is an inseparable extension of the Apple Brand. The store allowed Apple to gain control of its distribution, deliver a dizzying array of innovative products and to ultimately become the most valuable brand on earth.
